The Webikeo API allows you to access your webinar data and integrate it into your own tools: website, CRM, or internal applications.
Thanks to the API, you can, for example, display your webinars on your website, manage registrations through your own forms, or synchronize registration and participation data with your marketing tools.

What you can do with the API
Display your webinars on your website
You can retrieve webinar information and display it directly on your website.
For example, you can display:
the webinar title
the description
the visual
the date and time
the speakers
the number of registrants
This allows you to create a webinar page on your website while using the information already entered in Webikeo.
Create your own webinar page
The API allows you to retrieve all the information needed to build a complete webinar page on your website.
For example, you can display:
the webinar visual
the description
the speakers
practical information
the webinar status (upcoming, live, replay)
Your website becomes the main entry point for your webinars.
Manage registrations from your website
You can use your own registration form on your website.
When a user registers:
the information is sent to Webikeo via the API
the registrant is automatically added to the webinar
Transactional emails (confirmation, reminders, replay) are still managed by Webikeo.
Display live and replay on your website
You can integrate webinar access directly into your website.
Two options are available:
Partial integration
The webinar room opens directly, but some Webikeo features are not available (CTAs, detailed tracking, etc.).
Full integration
The Webikeo website is embedded in an iframe, and all features are preserved.

Synchronize your data with your tools
The API also allows you to retrieve data related to registrants and their engagement, and synchronize it with your internal tools (CRM, marketing automation, data warehouse, etc.).
For example, you can retrieve:
registrants
live attendees
replay views
webinar interactions
This data can then be used to qualify your leads or trigger marketing actions.
API setup
Setting up the API is done in three steps:
Your Customer Success Manager creates an API account for your organization.
You receive your API credentials by email.
Your technical team can then use these credentials to access the data via the developer documentation.
